다음근무 계정 삭제 요청

앱에서 바로 삭제하기

1. 다음근무 앱을 열고 오른쪽 위 설정(직원은 사람 모양)으로 갑니다.
2. 내 정보 › 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.
3. 매장을 가진 점주는 설정 › 매장 관리에서 매장을 먼저 삭제해야 합니다.

앱 없이 요청하기

가입한 이메일 주소에서 jw.toolandapp@gmail.com으로 "다음근무 계정 삭제 요청"이라고 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.

삭제되는 것

• 로그인 정보(이메일·비밀번호)와 로그인 기록
• 이름과 담당 파트(「탈퇴한 사용자」로 바뀜), 매장 소속, 푸시 알림 토큰

남는 것

매장에 남긴 신고·처리 이력·전달사항·체크리스트·사진은 그 매장의 업무 기록이므로 이름 없이 남습니다. 점주가 매장을 삭제하면 그 매장의 기록과 사진도 모두 삭제됩니다.

Delete in the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings (staff: the person icon, top right).
2. Tap My info › Delete account and confirm.
3. An owner who still has stores deletes them first in Settings › Stores.

Request without the app

From the email address you signed up with, write to jw.toolandapp@gmail.com with the subject "Next Shift account deletion". We verify the request and complete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Login details (email, password) and sessions
• Your name and role (replaced by "탈퇴한 사용자"), store memberships, push tokens

What is kept

Reports, handling history, handoff notes, checklists and photos you left in a store remain as that store's business records, without your name. When the owner deletes the store, all of its records and photos are deleted.
