다음근무 개인정보 처리방침

다음근무는 카페·식당 같은 매장이 교대 사이에 문제, 재고, 체크리스트, 전달사항을 넘기도록 돕는 앱입니다.
매장 사람들이 같은 기록을 보려면 서버에 저장해야 하므로, 아래 정보를 저장하고 그 목적에만 씁니다.
저장하는 정보
- 계정: 이메일 주소와 비밀번호(비밀번호는 암호화되어 저장되며 개발자도 볼 수 없습니다), 이름, 담당 파트.
- 매장 기록: 매장 이름·업종·영업시간, 품목과 재고, 신고(문제)와 처리 이력, 체크리스트, 전달사항, 공지, 근무표, 거래처 정보(점주가 입력한 거래처 이름·연락처·발주 링크).
- 사진: 신고에 붙인 사진. 올리기 전에 기기에서 크기를 줄이고 위치 정보 등 사진 속 메타데이터를 지웁니다. 같은 매장 사람만 볼 수 있습니다.
- 알림: 알림을 허용하면 기기의 푸시 알림 토큰.
이용 목적
로그인, 같은 매장 사람끼리 기록 공유, 영업에 지장이 있는 신고 등의 알림에만 씁니다.
광고, 사용 분석, 개인별 감시나 평가에 쓰지 않으며, 광고·분석 SDK를 넣지 않았습니다.
누가 볼 수 있나요
매장 기록은 그 매장에 소속된 사람(점주, 매니저, 직원)만 볼 수 있습니다. 점주는 직원을 매장에서 내보낼 수 있고,
내보낸 사람은 그 매장의 기록에 더 이상 접근할 수 없습니다.
처리를 맡기는 곳
- Supabase: 계정 인증과 데이터·사진 보관
- Expo, Apple(APNs), Google(FCM): 푸시 알림 전달
개인정보를 판매하거나 위 목적 밖으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
권한
카메라와 사진 보관함은 신고에 사진을 붙일 때만 쓰고, 알림은 허용한 경우에만 보냅니다.
모든 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있으며, 꺼도 사진 없이 신고하는 등 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
보관과 삭제
- 계정이 있는 동안 보관합니다.
- 계정 삭제: 앱의 설정 › 내 정보 › 계정 삭제에서 바로 지울 수 있습니다. 로그인 정보는 즉시 삭제되고, 이름은 「탈퇴한 사용자」로 바뀝니다.
매장에 남긴 신고·전달사항 같은 기록은 매장의 업무 기록이므로 이름 없이 남습니다. 앱이 없을 때는 계정 삭제 요청 페이지를 보세요.
- 매장 삭제: 점주가 매장을 삭제하면 그 매장의 모든 기록과 사진이 삭제됩니다. 매장을 가진 점주는 매장을 먼저 삭제한 뒤 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

Next Shift (다음근무) Privacy Policy
Effective: October 1, 2026
Next Shift helps cafés and restaurants hand over issues, inventory, checklists and notes between shifts.
So that everyone in a store sees the same records, the information below is stored on a server and used only for that purpose.
What we store
- Account: email address and password (stored hashed; nobody, including the developer, can read it), name and shift role.
- Store records: store name, type and hours, items and stock levels, reported issues and their handling, checklists, handoff notes, notices, schedules, and supplier details entered by the owner (supplier name, contact number, order link).
- Photos: photos attached to reports. They are resized and stripped of location and other metadata on the device before upload, and only members of the same store can see them.
- Notifications: the device push token, if you allow notifications.
Why
Only to sign you in, share records within a store, and send notifications such as reports that disrupt business.
Not for advertising, analytics, or monitoring or rating individuals. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK.
Who can see it
Store records are visible only to members of that store (owner, managers, staff). The owner can remove a member, who then loses access to that store's records.
Service providers
- Supabase: authentication and storage of data and photos
- Expo, Apple (APNs), Google (FCM): delivery of push notifications
We do not sell personal data or share it beyond these purposes.
Permissions
Camera and photo library are used only to attach photos to a report; notifications are sent only if you allow them.
You can turn any permission off in your device settings and keep using the rest of the app.
Retention and deletion
- Data is kept while your account exists.
- Delete your account in Settings › My info › Delete account. Your login is deleted immediately and your name becomes "탈퇴한 사용자" (former member).
Records you left in a store (reports, notes) stay as the store's business records without your name. Without the app, see Account deletion request.
- Deleting a store (owner) deletes all of that store's records and photos. An owner deletes their stores first, then the account.
